Help is Always Needed
Viola’s House staff depend on volunteers to assist with many day-to-day tasks, as well as big projects. There are a multitude of ways that individuals and groups can help Viola’s House fulfill our mission to provide a safe environment, programming and support for the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of homeless and pregnant young women.

Baby Cuddler
This volunteer opprotunity is for assistance with cuddling babies to assist our new moms by watching their babies. This would mostly be during job interviews or other appointments but as with any new mom, sometimes they simply need a break.
Career Prep
This volunteer would provide assistance with online/paper job aopplications, job searches, interview coaching, interview role play, resume assistance, and/or advice on appropriate interview attire.
Warehouse
Assistance
This volunteer would assist with sorting, counting, and organizing our donations.
Life Skill Facilitator
This volunteer would asssist us by facilitaing a life skill workshop in their area of expertice. In short, YOU tell US how you can help our residents and we will work to get a class scheduled.
Mentor
Mentors are assigned on a one-to-one basis for these pregnant teens and teen moms. Times would be based on the mentor and mentees availablity. Must be 21 years or older.
Weekly Meal Planning
This volunteer would assist with meal planning for our residents. We would like to set a weekly grocery day and have someone come and take the residents to the grocery store and teach them to meal plan.
